Having recently escaped to the Chessington Hotel for a romantic getaway, I must say it was like stepping into another world! The hotel is not just a place to stay; it's an immersive experience filled with the charm of Aztec and African themes, which particularly delighted both my fiancée and me. The highlight? The Temple Restaurant. With its striking Inca fountain and fun animal features, it felt almost like dining in a mystical jungle! The buffet breakfast truly exceeded my expectations - all the hot options were fresh and tasty - the scrambled eggs and mini-omelettes were a fantastic start to our days of fun adventures. We also loved the convenience of direct park access - it made our visits to the theme park a breeze! Watching the animals in the Zafari Bar & Grill while enjoying a lovely meal felt like a hidden gem; it strikes the perfect balance between dining and relaxation. The facilities were excellent too! After a busy day in the park, unwinding in the sauna and taking a dip in the indoor swimming pool was just what we needed. Chessington Hotel is indeed a fantastic base for a family or a couple looking for fun-filled days and peaceful nights. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a unique escape filled with thrills and excellent hospitality!
